Tofu
Terms

Use Tofu as a focused webhook development relay.

These terms keep expectations clear while the hosted product moves through MVP and beta.

Use Tofu for development

Tofu is a development and debugging tool for webhook workflows. Do not use it as the primary endpoint for production webhook delivery.

You are responsible for the providers, targets, local services, and payloads you connect to Tofu.

Accounts and workspaces

You must use an email address you control. CLI access is approved through the authenticated browser session and represented by server-generated tokens.

Workspace members should only be added when they need access to hooks, events, and replay-capable payloads for that workspace.

Payload retention

Replay depends on retained request bodies and headers. Once a payload expires or is manually expired, Tofu may keep event metadata but cannot replay the original request.

Avoid sending unnecessary secrets through development webhook providers. Expire payloads early when a webhook contains sensitive data you no longer need.

Billing

Paid plan billing is handled through Stripe. Plan limits and subscription state are enforced by the hosted API when billing is enabled.

You can cancel from the Stripe Billing Portal when paid billing is available for your account.

Availability

The hosted MVP may change while the product is in beta. Tofu may pause signups, limit access, or change limits as the service stabilizes.
